Wood surfaces stain very easily, please wipe up spills/splatters -No commercial or editorial shoots -No leaving pets unattended or without caging in order to protect the house. Roof Rules: -Open the Hatch Fully, until it stops. -Lower the hatch carefully. -Keep the hatch closed to prevent bug entry. -No dogs (for safety purposes). -Be careful with young children. There must be an adult present. -Do not lean against or sit on railings. -Be mindful of slippery conditions. -Do not go up during bad weather (Roof closed in winter) -Please remove shoes when re-entering house -Enjoy the view! You'll have access to the entire home and property. Please note the rooftop is closed during the winter. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles. We have complimentary EV charging, you will just need the necessary adapter plug (NEMA 14-50). ❆ SNOW SEASON ❆ The driveway is plowed in the winter, but we strongly recommend AWD/4WD for getting around the Catskills during snow season.
